Quetsches tart

Ô  happiness, I had forgotten that it was the season of plums! There were on the market this morning .... it reminded me of our Lorraine garden  .... So, a pie!! Here is the recipe:


Ing:
- 1 frozen puff pastry brand DS
- 10 red french plum : "quetsches"
- 80 g almond powder
- 50 g sugar
- 2 tsp. 4 spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg )








  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C (th. 6)
  • Roll out the pastry on a plate after thawed 3 hours minimum.
  • Put the ground almonds evenly over dough.
  • Wash and halve the plums.
  • Arrange cut side up on all the dough sprinkle with sugar and spices mixed. 
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes without burning! Serve warm ....!
