Burgundy beef .....with slowcooker !

Ingredients: 

- 800 g beef (house in the nuts, housechucklower ribscollar)
- 100g pieces of smoked bacon gluten free (Herta)
- 750 cl of red wine
- 2 onions
- 4-5 carrots
- 250g button mushrooms 
- 2 tbsp.  cornstarch
- 1 bouquet garni, salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil 


1. Peel the carrots, the mushrooms and onions, cut into slices.
2Fry the bacon and meat in olive oil (2 drops). Pull up the fat.
3Pour meat, bacon and vegetables. Season and cover with wine.
4. Bake 8 hours slow (longer is cooked, the better it is!)
5.Mix the cornflour to thicken the sauce a bit  when cooked.
