Breaded chicken and fried .... with olive oil !

Ing: - White chicken farmer (organic)
         - Polenta fine ready
         - 1 egg
         - 1 Ssp. of olive oil


  • Chop the chicken. Put the egg in a bowl and beat omelette. 
  • Put the fine polenta in another dish. 
  • Heat oil in skillet. Take a few pieces of white dip in egg and then in the polenta and fry in the pan.

Very crispy, delicious and carefree for our gluten intolerant bodies !
