Easy chocolate cake

Ing :
- 6 eggs
- 200g of powder sugar
- 6 soup spoon of Maïzena (cornstarch)
-  400g of dessert dark chocolate (2 Nestlé bar)
- 100g of salt butter
- 20cl of cream












  • Preheat oven to 190 ° C (gas mark 6-7). 
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until white ribbons. 
  • Add cornstarch and mix to combine. 
  • Melt chocolate with butter and cream. 
  • Add mixture to egg / sugar / Maïzena. 
  • Put into a soft cake pan and bake in hot oven for 35 min.
