Fudge cake

Ing:
- 1 natural yoghurt
- 3 eggs
- 2 "dose yoghurt" cane sugar not refined
- 1 "dose yoghurt" mix pastry Schaer
- 1 "dose yoghurt" almonds
- 2 tbsp flour amaranth
- 2 tablespoons flour coconut
- 1 tbsp grape seed flour
- 1 tbsp chestnut flour
- 1 package of yeast
- 2 tbsp of liquid fudge
- 1 "dose yoghurt" oil


I use the pot of yogurt to dose ... It's what I call "dose yoghurt" !

  • Preheat to 180 ° C or th6. 
  • Mix all ingredients in order to whip. 
  • Put the dough in a loaf pan and baked 40 min. 
Ready to eat !
