Oriental Chicken Stew

For 4 pers.:
Ing.:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 3 peppers (1 red, 1 yellow and 1 green) cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ras el hanout yellow
- Herbes de Provence
- Water
- Salt and pepper

  • Place all ingredients in a crockpot or slow cooker 
  • It is possible to make this recipe with a flat baeckeoffe oven at 150 ° c. 
  • Cook 6-7 hours.
