Rotti - Little indian breads

For 10 little breads :
-50 g millet flour
- 50 g corn flour
- 50 g starch potatoes
- 50 g teff flour
- 50 g rice and chestnut flour
- 250 g gluten free flour mix (here valpiform)
- 240 g water
- 60g sunflower oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- some rice crumbs

Melt all (without rice crumbs) together. Mixed it 1min 30 in a kneading-machine (kitchen aid or thermomix). Wait 10 minutes. Make small balls and flatten out in a plate with the rice crumbs.
Cook them in a small stove without oil.
